该职位来源于猎聘职责描述：1.Provide technical leadership & strategy to engineering teams and to determine immediate improvement actions.2.Ensure all new / improved product released by Customer / R&D are evaluated. Project and confirm the reliability, functionality and compatibility of the product through DVT/MVT.3.Responsible for the processing, production and improvements of all PCB assembly & SMT operations4.Ensure BOM and ECN as required if any change to the product occur & suitably executed.5.Support production to ensure assembly requirements are met & improvement plans are carried out.6.Constantly seeking new capacity and process improvement.任职要求：1.At least 15 years experience in electronics manufacturing environment.2.At least 5 years working experience in managerial position.3.Strong SMT process engineering experience4.Assembly Process and Technology, General engineering knowledge. Good IT Product knowledge. ECN, FA Knowledge.5.Good English both oral and written.
